Shan Johnson a 29 year old playback singer and composer was found dead in her apartment in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. It has been reported that she had travelled from Kerala to Chennai for a singing assignment which was incomplete last night and she was supposed to have continued today ,but her mother disturbed by her not picking up the phone had panicked and called the police.
Shan Johnson is the daughter of famous Malayalam composer fondly called as Johnson master who passed away a few years back and her brother Renn Johnson too lost his life in a tragic accident in 2012. We extend our deepest condolences to Shan’s family and pray for her soul to rest in peace.
