As we had reported earlier, actor Vikram Prabhu who is presently busy with 'Veera Sivaji' directed by Ganesh Vinayak and an yet to be titled film directed by S.R.Prbhakaran.
Now we learn that the 'Arima Nambi' hero was the initial choice to don the lead role of a tribal in 'Thanikattu Raja' to be directed by Raghavan of 'Manjapai' fame. THe grandson of the Nadigar Thilagam, could not take up the film due to prior commitments and then the project went to Arya who did not want to give it a miss.
'Thanikattu Raja' will be produced by RB Choudary under the Super Good Films banner.Catherine Tresa is the female lead in this flick.
